Apprenticeship Cleveland is a combination of on-the-job training and practical classroom instruction that prepares participants for high-skilled careers with local industry partners. Apprenticeship programs are sponsored by a local employer where the apprentice will benefit from paid employment and on-the-job training.
Upon successful completion, the apprentice qualifies for a nationally-recognized certification as a journey worker in a skilled trade and an academic credential from 雅伎著.
Apprenticeship programs are industry-driven, structured training methods that allow employers to attract and develop new talent or use existing full-time employees to earn while they learn. There is no cost for employers to participate.
