Ordering an Official Transcript
Please note: Official transcripts requested through the Clearinghouse will include curriculum courses only. If you completed a Continuing Education course and need a transcript, please request it directly from the Continuing Education Department at coned@clevelandcc.edu.
Cost and Fees
The cost for each transcript using the National Student Clearinghouse transcript service is $6.50 and must be paid using a major credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

Need an Unofficial Transcript?
Current students can view their unofficial transcripts online from Self Service within the student portal. To do so, log in to the and select Self Service from your list of apps. Once in Self Service, select 鈥淎cademics鈥� from the menu, then select 鈥淯nofficial Transcript鈥�. Please note that once you have not attended for 270 days, you will lose access to your account. You will then have to request an official transcript.
